Yesterday

Well i got up at 4am to go up and see the kids, Got the train as normal got to leicester and picked the kids up,The plan for the day was to go to one of the parks have a picnic lunch and fly the kite.
We got to the park to find it closed for someevent thats taking place today and tommorow, so no picnic in the park or kite kite flying, spent the next 5 hours pretty much just walking aimlessly around leicester window shopping, we found a cafe and got some drink and sausage rolls and i had 1 as well .

As it was raining i rang the ex to come and pick the kids up a bit earlier than normal 1 hour and 10 minutes later she finally arrived. Lets just say that hour was one of th elongest hours of my life the kids were whinging and playing up and at one point i did wonder why i bother.

Needless to say i missed the train i wanted to catch so had to wait another 30 mins for the next, which was running late,Got into london 30 mins late then fought my way off the station which took 20 mins, then off to the underground.I get half way and cahnge for the bakerloo line to find its suspended, so about face to where i had just come from to take the northern line.
Talk about sardine can well sardines have it sorted compared to the tube at times. Finally made it Waterloo and the train back to Bournemouth and home 18 Hours after I left at 4am.I was very bad on the way home 2 jumbo sausages.
