Me Bad An Update

Well its been nearlyy 3 months since my last post, and looking back its been a good couple of months since my laast post.

Heres a quick update.

I was very lucky to find someone who has a put a smile on my face and im glad to say i'm still smilling 2 months later, that person knows who they are and i hope your still smiling.

It was my birthday back in july which was a very relaxed affait but made special by one person in particular.

The new Harry Potter book came out and im happy to say that Harry Potter..................... read it for yourselves..... lol

My kids came down for two weeks it rained for the first week, manged to wrap my kite round a lamp post which was fun, generally a good time was had by all and it was a shame to have to go back to work two weeks ago.

On Thursday night I manged to drop my mobile down the loo (Its Dead Jim..........)
This weekend i have been up to see the kids and we went to see surfs up to be honest i wouldnt bother with it...

As to the diet and heaslty eating i cant really comment as i havnt weighed myself recently the scales need new batteries.

Im happy and thats all that matters........
