As of this morning my weight is 15st 11lb 2 oz, in the last 6 weeks i have lost two stone in weight, this includes a week when i ate and the 3 or 4 times that i have cheated .
Over the last few days i have been feeling slightly light headed i think this is due to the fact that i havnt been spacing out my packs very well, due to the shifts i have been working, so I must ttry today to space the,a bit better.
Other than that all is well only a few more days untill im off on Tuesday and Wednesday im looking forward to getting out with the kites again.
