Big oppps Started the day off badly continued that way.
As my 125scooter is in for repair my dearest oh kindly agreed to take me down to the train sattion for the 5.28am train. I had no sooner got on said train when i realised i had left my pass either at home or it had fallen out in my coat into the car, so a very quick exit from the train and a couple of frantic phone calls my darling drove back from home to the train station all at 05.40ish am.
Fortunatley my pass was in the back of the car, so after 45 mins wait for the next train on my way merrily up to leicester to see the kids.
Before i left home i had 2 weetabix with milk, I had a couple of coffees on the train and some still flavoured water no sugar.
When i met the kids we went to one of the local pubs that has a play area for a treat for my daughters birthday which is monday.
I had allready decided i was having a red day so had rump steak topped with stilton (3syns but worth it) mushrooms and peas and a jacket potato so far so good.....and then for the pudding a very nice slice of chocolate birthday cake (6.5 syns) not so bad but i had another peice on the way home ooops, there is worse to come.
When i got back to waterloo i popped into m&s to get something for the rumbly tum picked up some ham (Free) bananas which i had one a couple of fruit smoothies very nice 150g of balckberries and the bigest mistake of the day i also brought a pack of mixed nuts of which i have eaten half , a very big no no no NO.... 1,5 syns per walnut half alone. so today is totally blown Back to it tommorow.
