Well since July when i stopped cambridge diet, I m unhappy to say i have got straight back in to the old eating habits. and as aresult i now weigh 19stone which is more than i weighed before i went on a diet.
On the postive i have moved to poole met a wonderfull woman who hopefully will agree to become my wife one day possibly on the next blue moon.
Looking forward to christmas i have my childrem coming to stay for 11 days.
And on the 3rd Of January the Diet Starts.................. again.
